Welcome to our new series! I have had an amazingly positive response already and hope to encourage all moms in their journey to conquer anger. God is doing amazing things in my life as I pray and seek solid resources in this area and I can’t wait to hear what He does for you!
First we’ll talk about recognizing anger in ourselves and ways we can learn to .
Then we’ll talk about the anger we often experience as mothers, and there will be some tools to help in minimizing our anger reactions.
Check out the resources available for those struggling with anger.
I’m so excited to share with you these books and CDs!

I am definitely there with you. With four children age five and under and pregnant ith number five, I know I am often an angry momma. And I hate that! My husband gently rebukes me and I feel helpless to make the change that we both know needs to happen.
Wow, Laura! It’s a wonderful blessing to have so many little ones, but a huuuuge challenge. I hope you find some tools throughout the series! And maybe share with us things that work for you!
Too many cpomlinmets too little space, thanks!

I’m not even sure how I came across your anger. I wasn’t searching for it, but I soooo needed it. I do go to bed crying and promising myself tomorrow will be different. I try I really do, but I get so “irritated” so easily! My mom was the same way with me I would say I have generational anger. Thank you so much for the resources and mostly for making me feel like I’m not alone and that I CAN do this- conquer this anger- with the Lord’s help of course.
Chelsa, I’m so glad you found this site! I hope the resources give you a place to start. It has been a long journey for me, but I am happy to be able to share my experiences. It’s my hope that over the next few months I can update this series and share more.
