
Here is a 14 Days Printable Shopping List for you to get started with your planning.
A few notes:
*I’ll be providing recipes for: black bean hummus, healthy popcorn, granola, and a few other options (like Easy Cheater Omelets).
*I’ll also be providing a simple menu we can use as a guideline.
As for the announcement:
We will start this cleanse {Monday, April 23rd}, not this coming Monday, as I originally hoped. This will give everyone time to get their vitamins and groceries and plan things out.
I have to apologize because I got a little over-excited and put the cart before the horse. (Also, I really really want to get started losing weight.) But, I need to plan a little more and line up a bit more before things are flowing smoothly.
So, I’ll get the Facebook group up and running and finish up a printable with 14 day full body detox menu suggestions. I’ll keep you all informed and things will be a little more organized!
This week at home, let’s focus on drinking lots of water, adding exercise, and beginning to limit our intake on certain foods.

Me too! My parents are visiting next week, which is another logistic I forgot when planning. I think everyone will do well having a bit more time to plan.
Oh good! This actually works better for me. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get all this together in the next couple of days!
